Hard-Core Resistance

Resistance is the key to any strength training program.

That's why the Max features the most advanced resistance source ever designed. It's called the Compound Resistance System or CRS™ for short. CRS™ provides a full 240 lbs. of hard-core resistance (upgrades to 340 lbs.) to accommodate any user.

To harness the power of revolutionary resistance bar technology, the Max uses a unique system of cables, cams, pulleys and swivels. This system—called CRS™—serves to compound the resistance of each bar —allowing the workout cable to travel two feet for every one foot of resistance bar travel.

The benefit of CRS™ is that it allows you to complete each exercise. You'll enjoy a complete range of motion for better results and a wider workout variety.

Further, each bar provides smooth, consistent resistance throughout every exercise. This single source of resistance is compounded by swivels, cams and pulleys, so the intensity of any given exercise is the same from beginning to end.

The result is an astonishing 240 lbs. of resistance that allows for greater cable travel and more workout variety. And if that's not enough, you can even upgrade to a full 340 lbs. of hard-core resistance.
